New to survey junkie. so far my experience with survey junkie has been pretty okay. taking short surveys and gaining points i was able to amass over 1,000 and transferring the $10 to my paypal account was a simple process.. English phone support is a premier feature. you can see if your plan includes phone support by going to the contact page and signing in. once you're signed in to a plan that includes phone support, you can request a call and we'll call you back within about 5 minutes.. Survey junkie is scam.made 2$ in two weeks after completing a survey that claimed to be 15 minutes 30 minutes later and right after last question to finish up survey it said i didnt qualify based on geographics which was the very first question they asked.

I tried survey junkie and accumulated more than enough points to redeem them through paypal, and i have tried many times to get the “verification code” through emails because i cannot find a phone number where to call “customer support”…. Survey junkie is not actually a real market research website. instead, they are more like a lead generation website – they get all of your contact information and instead of supplying you with the actual surveys, they match you with the actual survey providers..
